Mfg Item #: PP421
The Colt Frontier was a Colt 1873 "Model P" which was manufactured in .44-40 Winchester instead of .45 Colt in order to be compatible with the Winchester Model 73 ammunition. Users appreciated the convenience of only having to carry one cartridge caliber for both rifle and pistol. This modern day reproduction is beautifully rendered with a color case hardened frame, blued barrel and walnut grips. It is a great choice for cowboy action shooting or any Old West fan's collection.
