Mfg Item #: PP558P
The "Buntline" was a long-barrel variant of the Colt Single Action Army. Common legend is that Wyatt Earp carried one. However, there is no evidence that a "buntline" revolver actually existed prior to the 1931 publication of a largely fictional "biography" of Earp, or that Colt manufactured them during the Old West years.
This modern day reproduction features a color case hardened frame and a blued 10" barrel. Not only a great shooter, but also a great collectible for any Old West fan.
